Shipping Policy

In-stock Items

Most in-stock items will ship within 3-5 business days and should arrive in 3-5 business days after shipping has been confirmed. Landrells Jewelry Boutique is not responsible for any carrier delays. All packages are shipped through USPS. If an item is out-of-stock, you will be notified and/or refund where applicable.

All orders processed through www.landrellsjewelryboutique.com will receive an email notification with a tracking number once the order is fulfilled. Please be sure to check the status of your package directly through USPS (click here). This is the most efficient way to monitor the status of your order. If immediate assistance is required, feel free to send an email to: info@landrells.com. Someone from our customer service team will get back to you within 48 hours or less. 

Change of Address

Please confirm that your billing and shipping information is correct before the completion of your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any internal adjustments to your information. This policy is to ensure the security of our customers.

Order Changes & Cancellations

All domestic orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Due to Covid-19 precautions, and the health and safety of our customers, your order may take additional time to ship. We assure you that we are working diligently to process your order.

Return to Sender

Although we check all merchandise for defects and damages before shipment, it is the buyer's responsibility to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. If a defect is found, it is your responsibility to contact us (info@landrells.com) right away so that we can correct the issue immediately. Landrells Jewelry Boutique will not accept goods damaged due to buyers' negligence.

Tracking InquiriesAll orders are shipped through USPS (Post Office). Please click here to track the status of your order. If your package is confirmed lost or stolen, don't hesitate to contact USPS to initiate a claim. Click here to initiate the claim. Landrells Jewelry Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once USPS confirms delivery of the package.

It is important to verify your shipping address during the order completion process. This will help eliminate delays. Please be sure to include the correct zip code, lot number, apartment number, suite number, or box number where applicable.
