Please note all sale, personalized and custom pieces are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defected upon receipt.
Although we check all merchandise for defects and damages prior to shipment, it is the responsibility of the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. If a defect is found, it is your responsibility to contact us right away so that we can correct the issue immediately. Goods damaged due to buyers' negligence will not be accepted.
We want you to be happy with your jewelry purchase! If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, notify us by email at and we'll walk you through the exchange process! We will review each request on a case by case basis.
We do not provide return labels.
Returned items must be unworn, in new condition and in their original packaging. Sale items and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange. There are no exceptions.
Shipping costs and any other fees associated with returning a package will be the responsibility of the customer. The customer will also be responsible for packages that incur duties/customs or handling fees.
The easiest way to make an exchange is to return the unused, unworn item and place a new order for the correct item. This way, you don't have to wait for your returned item to be received before your new item is shipped out. Once your return is received, a store credit will be issued for the same value of the item minus any shipping cost.
If your order is damaged during transit, notify us immediately at email@example.com. We will review the details and may request additional information. Once we make a decision we will issue a replacement upon receipt of the damage item. The damage item must be returned with 7 days of receipt. There are no exceptions. Once we receive the damaged item, a replacement will be issued within 21 days or less. We are NOT responsible for damage items while worn.
We are equipped to handle most repairs. If you purchased an item through our online store and you are in need of a simple repair, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. One of our repair specialists will get back to you with details. We cannot guarantee any services.
Landrells.com reserves the right to deny any unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
