Where do the LJB items shipped from?

We are based in the beautiful state of North Carolina. All orders are shipped from our studio in Greensboro, North Carolina.

What is the Exchange/Return policy?

The safety of our customers and staff matters. Due to the current global situation, returns are no longer accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your attention and understanding.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Great question! We run promotions often. Be sure to sign up for email alerts.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most in-stock items ships in 3-5 business days with the exception of major holidays. Pre-Order items ships once the item is in-stock. You will receive an email notification on the status of all orders.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Due to the current global situations, you can expect some packages may arrive after the estimated delivery time frame. The time it takes for the order to arrive depends on the shipping address and selected shipping method. Please note, shipping time frames are an estimate and do not include holidays, weekends and unforeseen postal delays. Be sure to select the correct shipping method at the time of your order. We are unable to change the shipping method once the order has been shipped from our studio. Estimated shipping time frames: United States: 3-7 business days Canada: 5-7 business days International: 15-45 business days Express Shipping: 2-4 business days For more information on the arrival time of your package, please refer to your tracking number. We ask that you allow 24-48 hours for the number to update.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes! We are excited to announce, we now ship internationally. International rates and import duties will apply.

I am local, can I pick up my order?

We currently offer Delivery Services for a small fee. See our Shipping Policy for full details. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the North Carolina guideliens, please ensure you are wearing a mask when picking up your order. The safety of our customers and staff members is top priority.

How can I track my order?

You will receive two emails when placing an order. 1). Once the order is placed, you will receive a "Thank You" email notification. 2). When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a second email notification providing the shipping confirmation and tracking number. All orders are shipped USPS. Please allow a few days for your tracking number to update.


Can I create an account?

Yes! We are glad you asked! You now have the option to create an account with our boutique. We recommend you create an account to see your order history and save your information for all future orders. This also makes checkout quick and easy.

What currency are the prices in?

Our studio is located in the USA. Orders are processed in USD currency unless otherwise stated.

How are the orders packaged?

That is a great question! All jewerly orders are securely packaged in our custom LJB packaging to ensure the safe arrival of your items. We know it is important to receive your items intact and damage free. Unfortunately, damages and defects can happen during shipment.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes! All jewelry orders are processed in our custom LJB boxes and will include a pouch for safe keeping. Larger items can be gift packaged at your request as an add-on- to your order. If you would like to include a "special note," be sure to add details in the note section at time of checkout. Keep in mind, we can ship the package directly to the gift recipient. Be sure to enter their shipping address at time of checkout.

The item I want is Sold Out, will it be restocked?

Oh no! You missed an opportunity to purchase an item. Unfortunately, we cannot promise that a particular item will restock. The best way to stay informed of new arrivals, restocks and promotions is to sign-up for email alerts and follow us on our social media outlets. @landrellsjewelryboutique on Facebook, Instagram and Youtube.

The item I purchased is now on sale. What can I do?

Prices are subject to change at any time. We want you to be happy; we will offer a one-time price adjustment on a regular priced item(s) up to 3 days after your order has been placed. This applies to regular priced items only and does not include holiday promotional items or any additional discount codes. Please email us at: info@landrells.com within 5 days of your order date to request a price adjustment. This policy is strict so be sure you are within the required guidelines prior to messaging our support team. We ask that you allow up to 48 hours for a response.

Do you accept custom orders?

That is a great question! We love custom orders and have accepted custom orders in the past. Due to customer demand of our regular boutique items, we cannot promise we will be able to fulfill a custom request within your desired time frame. However, every request is taken into consideration.
